I find that the great thing about working with a partner or in a group is that you can bounce ideas off other people. Even when confronted with a problem that I readily formulate a good solution to, it’s often helpful to have the discussion about why I arrived where I did. That discussion helps the overall process and exposes others to your reasoning and style of thinking which fosters the growth of team cohesion and (buzz word ahead) synergy. :-)
